    How should you dress under your ski jacket?

    When skiing, we talk about the three-layer rule: the base layer (technical ski baselayer, which wicks away perspiration), the second layer (fleece or down jacket, which protects you from the cold) and the outer layer, your jacket (which insulates you from the cold, and above all from the wind and damp)
    Adapt the second layer to suit the conditions, or take a bag along with you so you can remove it during the day.
