Use
Place your foot flat and close the ankle brace using the fastening strap.Fold down and tighten the straps, placing the left strap over the ankle/instep junction and wrapping it around the ankle.Fold down and tighten the second strap, covering the first strap.Depending on the nature of the injury and the foot concerned, the position of the strap varies:On the right foot, start wrapping the strap on the right.On the left foot, start wrapping the strap on the left.
Sizes
Available in 4 sizes:S, M, L and XL.Choose the ankle brace that fits your ankle circumference using our size guide.
Measurement:ankle circumference, above the malleolus.
If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size.
For maximum effectiveness, the ankle support must fit snugly against the skin.
Bilateral product:The ankle support fits both ankles.
