    Insoles can be cut to fit your size

    If the insoles in your shoes are removable, start by taking them out.Check the size guide.If needed, cut along the line in the toe area that matches your size, or use the original insole as a guide by lining up the heels of both insoles.
    Slide your insoles into your shoes, starting with the toe area, with the fabric side FACING UP.Ensure that your insoles are lying flat against your shoes.
