    High fructose content

    It is absorbed in the intestine using GLUT5 transporters, which differ from those that absorb other carbohydratesThe fructose absorbed travels from the intestine to the liver via GLUT2 transporters and replenishes the liver's glycogen stores lost during intense physical exercise.

    This is why the combination of maltodextrin and fructose allows a high amount of carbohydrates to be digested and absorbed per hour, minimising gastric problems.

    Directions for use

    Eat a max. of 2 units every 60 minutes during exercise with around300 ml of water.
