    High fructose content

    It is absorbed in the intestine using GLUT5 transporters, which differ from those that absorb other carbohydrates.The absorbed fructose travels from the intestine to the liver via GLUT2 transporters and replenishes the liver's glycogen reserves lost during intense physical exercise.

    This is why the combination of maltodextrin and fructose enables a high amount of carbohydrate to be digested and absorbed per hour, minimising gastric problems.

    Directions for use

    Eat a maximum of 2 units every 60 minutes during exercise with approx.300 ml of water.
