What is the return period for Marketplace items?
You can return Marketplace items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused in their original condition and packaging.

How do I return a Marketplace item?
To initiate a return for a Marketplace order, please follow these steps:

If your item is bulky (requires a collection), faulty, damaged or incorrect please contact our customer service team by email at [email protected]
For cancellations, lost deliveries or any other issues, please also contact our customer service team by email at [email protected]

RETURNS PROCESS:
For unused items, original, unused, and with the original tags and packaging:
1. In your Account, click on "My Purchases" or visit the portal here: https://www.decathlon.ie/quest/order-tracking
2. Click on "Make a Return"
3. Select the item(s) you want to return
4. Select the return reason
5. Validate your return

- Exclusions: Please note that Marketplace items cannot be returned in-store. These items are sold by third-party partners and must be sent back to their specific distribution centers rather than our retail locations.
- Wait for Confirmation: Once the seller receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Refunds will be processed by the seller upon reception of the item(s). [Seller's Terms and Conditions apply]
All refunds will be returned to your original method of payment.
Please note that collections will only be able to take place on working days, and that the seller may not be able to specify the exact time of collection.
The carrier will also require the item to be disassembled, boxed and packaged safely for collection.
Please note it could take up to 10 working days for the seller to receive, inspect and process a refund for the order.
