General description

The loop bands are training elastics with strong attachment eyes that allow adding assistance or progressive overload to your exercises. Their robust design makes them suitable for intensive use in the gym or at home for bodybuilding, cross training and toning.

Resistance levels and dimensions

Available in several colours and widths to adjust resistance: Purple (1.3 cm) 7–15 kg, Orange (1.9 cm) 9–25 kg, Green (2.1 cm) 11–30 kg, Blue (2.9 cm) 13–35 kg, Red (6.5 cm) 23–57 kg and Black (6.5 cm) 30–80 kg. Single length: 103 cm, offering a wide range of use.

Uses and recommended exercises

Ideal for assistance in bench press and deadlift, these bands are also used for pull-ups, dips, kettlebell exercises and for rehabilitation or stretching. They improve power, technique and mobility depending on the chosen level.

Care and storage

To preserve the elasticity and strength of the material, store the bands away from direct light and apply talc from time to time. Avoid abrasive surfaces and clean with a damp cloth if necessary.
