Resistance levels by colour

• Violet: width 1.3 cm — resistance 7–15 kg
• Orange: width 1.9 cm — resistance 9–25 kg
• Green: width 2.1 cm — resistance 11–30 kg
• Blue: width 2.9 cm — resistance 13–35 kg
• Red: width 6.5 cm — resistance 23–57 kg
• Black: width 6.5 cm — resistance 30–80 kg These options allow precise choice according to the exercise and user level.
