Get started quickly with your exercise ball
Step 1: Let the ball rest at room temperature for 2 hours.
Step 2: Inflate to 80%. Let rest for 24 hours with the plug inserted.
Step 3: Fully inflate and measure the diameter. Ensure correct size.
Step 4: Sit on the ball with knees bent at 90°, feet flat. If you sink too far, add air; if it bounces too much, let some air out.
Step 5: After fully inflating, insert the plug. The ball is ready to use.
