**Step 1:** Let the ball rest at room temperature for 2 hours.
**Step 2:** Inflate to 80%. Let rest for 24 hours with plug in.
**Step 3:** Fully inflate and measure diameter. Ensure correct size.
**Step 4:** Sit on the ball (knees ~90°). Adjust air for comfort and stability.
**Step 5:** Push plug into hole. The ball is ready.
