155 to 165 cm - Your ideal size: ⌀ 55cm

Get started quickly with your exercise ball
Step 1: Let the ball rest at room temperature for 2 hours. This will make it easier to inflate the ball.
Step 2: Inflate the ball to maximum capacity. The ball may be smaller than the specified size; this is normal as the material will stretch. Let the ball rest for 24 hours with the provided plug inserted.
Step 3: After 24 hours, inflate the ball further until it reaches the right size.
Step 4: Sit on the ball with your knees slightly bent (about 90 degrees) and your feet flat on the floor. Are you sinking in too far? Add air to the ball. Does the ball bounce too much? Drain air from the ball until your sitting position is comfortable and stable.
Step 5: After fully inflating, push the plug back into the hole and the ball is ready to use.
