The Bulgarian Bag is a unique training buddy, specially designed by wrestlers for improving your explosiveness. Perfect for performing different strength exercises for the upper and lower part of the body. For example: rotation swings, step ups, jump squats, upright rows or overhead lunges. The sandbag has 3 handles at the rear and 2 handles whiteh loops at the front. This allows you to hold the bag in different ways during a workout. The Bulgarian Sandbag is also available with 5, 15 and 20 kg weights. They vary in color, which makes it easy to distinguish the bags. Very useful!
