Measuring is knowing
The Cardio Fit R30 shows you the most important parameters while you train: time, calories, amount of strokes, and total amount of strokes of all exercises combined. This is all shown on the clear display (80 x 42 mm / 3.1 x 1.7 inches) of the monitor. You know what effect your workout has. You learn to assess and improve your workout's effectiveness. The rotating mass is 4,5 kg. Set the resistance to one of the 8 possible levels.
Tablet support
Rowing boring? Watch your favourite series or a good movie while training: put your tablet in the holder that's provided. The rowing machine's magnetic flywheel makes hardly any noise and won't distract you.
Compact and moveable
