The sturdy and durable spring allows the speedball to go in all directions after every punch or kick. This creates an authentic workout experience. The harder you kick or hit, the harder it comes back, allowing you to determine the intensity of the workout yourself.

Training at a high level
By filling the foot with sand, the speedball always stays firmly in place, no matter how hard you punch or kick it. The ball itself is made of PolyUrethane (PU), a good and strong alternative to leather. The steel bar is adjustable in height, so you train according to your preferred height.
