The mountain bike helmet is light, well ventilated and has a deeper fit that offers better protection for the back of the head. When the track is oriented downwards, the ten air inlets and nine air outlets ensure good ventilation. In addition to the multitude of well-thought-out features for off-road use, the MIPS model features impact protection. This is designed to protect the brain, especially if the rider's head hits the ground at an angle during a fall. This exposes the brain to strong rotational movements that can lead to serious brain damage. With the MIPS system, a mobile, low-friction plastic shell is integrated into the helmet to reduce rotation and better protect the head.
