There are four models in the range to cover everything from small, intimate river fishing with small sinkers and feeders, to larger rivers using large sinkers, PVA bags and oversized feeders. All models feature 3K carbon reinforcement on the heel section for increased power, combined with a progressive tapered action for a flawless fishing game.The Purist BX3 barbel is built on a high-quality all-carbon blank that offers a fantastic combination of lightness, balance and power. The butt sections are reinforced with 3K carbon weave for extra strength and combine perfectly with the finely tuned tip section which is designed to improve touch detection, especially at close range. The lightest 1.75 lb model is perfect for small rivers, the medium 2.25 lb model is very versatile and the two Intensity models are suitable for larger rivers in the most extreme conditions. All models feature a classic cork handle with rubberized details, a custom DPS reel seat and Shimano Hardlite rings. For a classy finishing touch, the tip has a short white section for improved visibility and the handle is finished with an alloy tip.
