## Sensor Protection Patches 7.5 × 7.5 cm ## 1. What is a Revity sensor protection patch? Protection patches are small adhesive covers with a diameter of about **7.5 cm**, made using the same base as **Revity Recovery Tape** kinesiology tape. They are designed to **protect your sensor** in everyday life when you don’t want it to be visible, and to keep it secure during sport. Our patches use a **hypoallergenic adhesive**. ## 2. Key information - Protective patch for **Freestyle Libre** sensor: **7.5 cm** diameter, **light beige** color. - **Non-adhesive center area**: **Ø 3 cm**. - **Medical device**: **CE-marked** and compliant with applicable medical device requirements. - Made from quality materials (cotton/spandex-type): the skin can **breathe** easily while wearing it. - Universal size. - Strong weave: does not fray after application. - **Acrylic adhesive** designed for skin application. - Can be worn for up to **7 days** (depending on your skin). - For best hygiene, we recommend **24 to 72 hours**. - Before application, it is recommended to remove excess hair. ## 3. FAQ ### 3.1 What are the contraindications? Do not apply directly on **open wounds** or **recent post-operative scars**. An allergic reaction may occur (e.g. redness); if so, stop using it. ### 3.2 Is it safe? We use quality materials, but a skin reaction is still possible. We recommend a **patch test** first (from a few dozen minutes to a few hours) and following hygiene rules. For some women, sensitivity may vary depending on the stage of the cycle. ### 3.3 Can pregnant women use it? In principle, yes, but each situation should be **discussed with the doctor** supervising the pregnancy. Follow the usage instructions. ### 3.4 What makes your patches different?
