## 1. What are POWER BAND A+ exercise bands?
**POWER BAND A+** exercise bands by the REVITY brand are an improved version of classic Power Band resistance bands, made from the **premium quality latex**. They are designed for fitness training, resistance training, cross-training and strength workouts. They come as closed-loop bands, are compact, and can be taken almost anywhere. **Our bands are also used by physiotherapists** during therapy, as well as by users at home for stretching, mobility and getting back into shape after an injury.
## 2. Key information about our bands
- Unlike many competitors, they are made from **top-quality latex** (not synthetic), without impurities. They feel pleasant to the touch and have no unpleasant odour. **Bands from other manufacturers are most often made of TPE or artificial latex.**
- Better material means more comfort and safety during training. They don’t stick together and won’t tear at the worst moment. **Across several thousand units sold, customers have reported no breakage.**
- Resistance ranges from **3 to 79 kg**. Each band has its own resistance level, so you can easily match it to a specific exercise and your training level. **You can also use several bands at the same time.** Band dimensions: **4.5 mm × 2080 mm (loop length) × 6.4 / 13 / 22 / 32 / 44 / 64 mm**. The number of bands you receive depends on the chosen version—you will receive the number shown in the first photo.
- They are also suitable for learning and improving **pull-ups**.

Of course. **Training with our bands can be adjusted to your goal** (weight loss, endurance, strength development). You should follow certain guidelines, and you’ll find more in the user guide. We also believe a good workout improves everyday mood (endorphins).
