1. What is the Revity high and low pulley?

The Revity high and low pulley is a complete strength-training kit that lets you perform exercises to strengthen the back, arms, triceps, biceps and abs, without needing a large machine or professional equipment. Thanks to a robust pulley and a durable 200 cm steel cable, you can build a functional pulley system at home, in a garage, or in a home gym. The kit is lightweight, compact and very easy to install: a pull-up bar, beam, hook or any solid tube is enough.

2. Key information

• Heavy-duty pulley with 360° bearing: smooth operation even under high loads. The rotating system ensures a movement path and reduces cable wear.
• 200 cm steel cable – strong and safe: covered with a durable, abrasion-resistant PVC sleeve. 4.5 mm thickness: stability and durability even with intensive use, while limiting unnecessary friction that thicker cables can cause.

3. Easy adjustment and universal sizing

The kit’s steel cable can be adjusted to your setup height and the type of handle used. Here is a simple guide to creating a loop using a thimble and a cable clamp:

1. Thread the end of the cable through the cable clamp. Loosen the screws with the wrench. Feed the cable end through the opening, leaving slack to form a loop.
2. Bend the cable and wrap it around the thimble. Create a loop of the right size (to fit the handle ring / carabiner).
3. Pass the cable end back through the second opening in the clamp. The loop should sit correctly around the thimble and remain symmetrical.
4. Tighten the clamp screws. Hold the loop in place and tighten until the cable is secure and no longer slips.
5. Check strength. Make sure the thimble is correctly positioned and the clamp holds firmly. Pull hard in both directions: the connection must not loosen.
