Also available as a scarf and hand warmer. The Ivanhoe knitted wool headband Freya - One Size - is a one-size-fits-all item. Wool is a living material that adapts to your body temperature. In warm temperatures, moisture and body heat are absorbed by the wool and transported away from the body. In colder temperatures, warmth is retained by the millions of microscopic air pockets found in wool. Even when wet (it absorbs 30% of its weight in moisture), wool keeps you warm. A nice bonus is that wool is odor-resistant. The clothing doesn't need to be washed often. Simply hang it in the fresh air for a while, and it will quickly revive and feel clean and fresh. When washing, carefully follow the care instructions in the side seams. Most Ivanhoe items are machine washable on a 30°C wool cycle. When hand washing, wash gently and rub gently.
