Product Description
TORQ Energy Gels are made for athletes who need energy that hits fast and goes down easy. Each gel delivers 30g of rapid delivery carbs using TORQ’s proven 2:1 Maltodextrin:Fructose blend, plus the 5 key electrolytes lost during exercise, giving you reliable fuel for long rides, tough interval sessions or race day efforts.
These gels have a silky smooth consistency and are light on the stomach, making them easy to take even when your heart rate is sky high and chewing isn’t an option. Each compact 41g serving contains 30g of carbohydrate, giving you a powerful, efficient boost that's great value.
For cyclists and runners who want an extra kick, the caffeinated flavour includes 89mg of caffeine from Guarana, supporting alertness, muscular power and fat utilisation — perfect for climbs, intervals, and race surges. TORQ Energy Gels are also vegan friendly and contain no artificial sweeteners or colours.
Designed for Endurance Performance
TORQ Gels plug directly into the TORQ Fuelling System, where 1 gel = 1 TORQ Unit. TORQ recommends 2–3 TORQ Units per hour during endurance exercise — easy to achieve by combining gels with TORQ drinks, bars and chews depending on your intensity, terrain and personal preference. These gels offer one of the fastest ways to take on 30g of carbs, especially during hard workouts when breathing makes solid food difficult.
