MAXIMUM PROTECTION AGAINST THE COLD. All the seams on this neoprene swimming cap are sealed to prevent water ingress, enhancing protection for the head against the cold. Depending on the duration of the swim and the individual swimmer, the recommended temperature range is 10°C to 21°C.
