Odyssey Square-to-Square Tri-Hot Putter
The new S2S TRI-HOT putter series from Odyssey is a revolution in the zero-torque category. By using a multi-material construction, we were able to shift the center of gravity of these putters so far forward that the shaft enters the head at the top. This eliminates the need for a shaft cant and thus one of the biggest obstacles to getting started with this type of putter.
Center of Gravity and Hosel Position Shift
By shifting the center of gravity forward, we were able to position the shaft mounting on the top edge, much closer to the face than with typical "zero torque" putters. This results in a more , intuitive, and comfortable starting position without having to unly push the hands forward.
Multi-Material Construction
Through the strategic use of aluminum, steel, and over 140 grams of tungsten, we have succeeded in developing a "zero torque" putter where more than 80% of the weight is located below the top edge, allowing for a forward center of gravity and hosel position.
AI-DUAL Face
This dual-layer face, developed with artificial intelligence, The urethane insert features a soft outer layer and a firm inner layer, which not only ensures consistent ball speed across the face but also provides enhanced forward roll across the entire face and an amazing feel.
New FRD Groove: This new Forward Roll Design groove is deeper and more aggressive. With a 19° slope, it works in conjunction with the dual-layer design to deliver improved forward roll across the entire face.
New Pistol Plus Grip: We studied the most popular grips used on tours worldwide, looking for commonalities and areas for improvement. The result is a medium-sized pistol grip with clean lines that sits comfortably in the hand and gives you a better feel for where the putter face is located throughout the stroke.
Black SL 120 Shaft: This new black PVD shaft was developed on tour, is heavier and stiffer than our SL 90, and is ideally suited to this type of putter.
