The Reeva Neoprene Lifting Belt provides support to safely and controlledly perform deadlifts and squats during your workout. The weightlifting belt is made with a Velcro closure at the front to increase ease of use. The weightlifting belt is also slimmer around the waist so the belt does not dig into the belly during exercises. To provide sufficient back support, the back of the lifting belt is constructed wider.

The lifting belt is made of neoprene. Neoprene is synthetic rubber that breathes and allows air circulation during your workout. The weightlifting belt is suitable for Functional Fitness, Powerlifting and Olympic Lifting.

Wondering which size you need? To find the right size for the lifting belt, measure your waist circumference at the height of your navel. Then select a belt where your waist circumference falls in the middle of the size range. This product is suitable for men and women.
