    FINIS Iso Strapless Swim Paddles (Size S) are technique-focused training aids that create a slight imbalance in the catch to increase stroke awareness and improve hand position. The strapless, ergonomic shape fits the contour of the hand and promotes a palm-positive grip so paddles remain in place when used with proper technique. The convex design highlights sweep tendencies before the catch and helps swimmers self-correct their stroke. Use the outer edge (grey on left, yellow on right) to isolate triceps and trapezius, and the inner edge (yellow on left, grey on right) to engage pectorals, biceps and deltoids. Recommended for drill- and stroke-specific training across all four strokes: outside isolation for backstroke and freestyle, inside isolation for breaststroke and butterfly. Finished in black with grey and yellow accents, these paddles develop proper hand placement, increase feel for the water and support targeted muscle engagement during swim practice.
