    Product Description

Optimize your weightlifting training with stackable wooden Jerk Blocks (set of 2). Designed for perfecting the jeté technique, they provide a solid, secure support for the bar and discs. Thanks to their adjustable height (5 cm / 15 cm / 30 cm / 38 cm, for a total ranging from 5 cm to 88 cm), they are suitable for all levels and exercises: throws, partial deadlifts, floor presses, step-ups and box jumps.
Their sturdy 2 cm thick wooden structure guarantees excellent durability, while the rubber coating protects against the impact of weights. In the event of failure, the bar can be safely released, reducing the risk of injury.
