Design and materials
The Total Exerciser TE 1000 is built mainly from steel to ensure stability and durability. The large training pad provides optimal comfort during movements and glides smoothly along the frame thanks to the ball-bearing rollers, allowing fluid transitions between exercises.
Adjustments and progression
The incline angle is adjustable in 5 levels, allowing precise adjustment of the resistance range and gradual increase of training intensity. Base resistance comes from body weight, and can be amplified by adding optional weight plates to the carriage (plates not included).
Exercise versatility
Thanks to the handles and carriage configuration, the TE 1000 allows many pulling and pushing exercises sideways, forwards and backwards, offering targeted training for strength, endurance and general muscle development.
Space saving and ease of use
Delivered almost fully pre-assembled, the machine unfolds quickly for immediate use. The foldable mechanism allows the unit to be folded up and stored easily, ideal for home use where space is limited.
Capacity and safety
Designed to support a maximum user weight of 120 kg and a working load up to 120 kg, the TE 1000 is suitable for varied workouts (cardio training, strength training, light weightlifting). Its robust construction and precise adjustments promote safe and effective sessions.
