Design and construction
The EL 8000 offers a stable, robust construction designed for home use. Non-slip foot covers ensure a secure position during workouts and integrated small wheels make it easy to move the machine. The usable width of 59 cm guarantees good lateral stability.
Resistance system and pedalling comfort
Equipped with an electromagnetic resistance and a wear-free induction braking system plus a quiet flat belt drive, the elliptical provides quiet operation and very good rotational behaviour. The precise adjustment in 32 levels allows adaptation of training intensity for all levels.
Computer and training programmes
The backlit LCD clearly displays all workout data and offers 12 workout programmes, 5 heart-rate programmes, custom training profiles and an independent watts mode regardless of cadence. An integrated holder allows placing a tablet or smartphone to follow classes or apps.
Cardiovascular tracking and analysis
The moving handles incorporate pulse sensors for instant monitoring, and the built-in Bluetooth receiver allows the use of a Bluetooth chest strap (optional). The Fitness Test evaluates performance and the body-fat analysis provides a FAT% value with a suggested programme.
