DELIVERY
Delivery is carried out by one of our trusted carriers, and you will be notified 1 or 2 days before delivery.
The bike is delivered 90 % assembled; simply fit the front wheel and pedals and align the handlebar before your first ride.
✱ Actual range may vary depending on the assistance level, terrain, temperature, rider weight, tyre pressure and riding conditions. The stated maximum range is based on tests carried out on flat terrain without stops, using the lowest assistance level, at an ambient temperature of 20 °C and with a 70 kg rider.
WHAT WE CHECK
Before it goes on sale, our technicians go through the bike point by point: battery and range, motor and electrical system, brakes and pads, drivetrain and gears, lights, tyres and pressure, and frame tightness. The battery is replaced with a new one. Any part that does not pass the check is replaced. The bike is cleaned and delivered ready to ride.
