The Muscle Power MP1401 Power bands have many applications. Many personal trainers and other sports coaches frequently use power bands to make exercises easier. For example, you can use the power band to make pull-ups easier.

You can also use the power band to make exercises harder. Think of a bench press with two power bands connecting the barbell to the fitness bench. The power bands will provide resistance when pressing the barbell upwards. The elasticity of the power bands offers a lot of possibilities.
