📋 How to Use
Cold application: Store in the freezer for at least 2 hours. Apply to the injured area for 20-30 minutes maximum. Always use the protective sleeve. Ideal for sprains, bruises, headaches, inflammation and swelling.
Heat application: Distribute the gel evenly and place in the microwave for approximately 3 minutes on low power. Wait 30 seconds before applying. Can also be warmed in a hot water bath at 60 degrees for 5 minutes. Ideal for muscle tension, menstrual pain, rheumatic pain and back pain.
