Designed for runners, the BioLite Dash 450 delivers focused, comfortable illumination for road and trail. The patented 3D SlimFit construction integrates electronics into the headband for a flat 10 mm front, balanced feel and moisture-wicking comfort so you can forget you’re wearing it. The updated lens produces a concentrated 90 m spot and a 15 m flood for clear obstacle detection at night. With 450 Lumens at 6500K the lamp is dimmable and offers multiple modes: white spot, white flood, spot+flood combo, white strobe, red flood and red strobe. A rear red LED and reflective band print increase visibility from behind. Recharge via USB-C and extend runtime by using pass-through charging from an external power source.
