Product Description
A FULL PROTECTION IN A MINIMAL FORMAT. The Virgo Access helmet is designed for those who prioritize safety over performance, suitable for electric bike and scooter users as well as traditional cyclists. Its universal design and various colors cater to both men and women. DESIGNED FOR ELECTRIC MOBILITY. With the rise of electric mobility, the need for safety is greater than with a traditional bike helmet. Traffic speeds are faster, and impacts are more severe. The Virgo Access full face helmet provides a larger protective area than standard bike helmets, adapting to the demands of electric bike and scooter journeys. Its modern design combines safety, lightweight, and comfort. The vents optimize airflow across the head. The monocoque structure ensures a solid connection between the chin guard and the top of the helmet, distributing impact forces while protecting the chin and lower face. WHAT REQUIREMENTS DOES THIS HELMET MEET? It complies with European regulation EN1078 and the Speedbike standard NTA-7887, which outlines requirements for helmets used during urban cycling, roller skating, scooter riding, and skateboarding. The Speedelec standard offers protection for speeds up to 45 km/h. WHY CHOOSE A FULL FACE HELMET? Bike helmets are designed to satisfy conflicting needs, protecting while being as light as possible to avoid hindering physical efforts. They have always been a constraint on performance. By adding facial protection while maintaining a lightweight design, greater protection for the lower face is provided. Keeping a shield on the face prevents injuries caused by the helmet shifting backward and leaving the face exposed during a collision. HOW TO ADJUST MY HELMET? For maximum protection, the helmet should fit snugly on the head, and the adjustment system must be correctly adjusted without pressing on the forehead. When the straps are well-adjusted, the helmet should not tilt forward, backward, or sideways. The cyclist can choose from three sizes. HOW TO CHOOSE MY HELMET SIZE? Measure your head circumference above the ears to determine your helmet size. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. It is crucial to select a well-fitting helmet. For children, never buy a helmet that is too large based on the assumption that they will grow. TO WHAT AGE SHOULD A HELMET BE REPLACED? Helmets should be replaced every 5 years. Depending on usage and maintenance conditions, the material inside the helmet can age and lose some of its shock-absorbing properties compared to a new helmet. To know the age of your helmet, check the production date inside the helmet. RETURN CONDITIONS FOR HELMETS. Ensure the product fits you. If not, return it according to our return policy: with all instructions, tags, and, if applicable, original packaging. HOW TO MAINTAIN MY HELMET? Do not apply paint, detergents, or other chemicals. Do not expose your helmet to temperatures above 50°C, nor to direct sunlight for extended periods. For maintenance, clean only with water, and do not use detergents. WEIGHT Between 0.55 and 0.75 kg.
