Lightweight carbon poles for demanding trails
The Running Poles Carbon Z Adjustable are designed for trail runners and fast hikers who need lightweight, reliable support on steep ascents and technical terrain. Built from premium T800 carbon fibre, they combine low weight with excellent stiffness and efficient swing, helping you maintain speed and stability throughout long days on the trail.
The adjustable length from 120 to 140 cm suits users approximately 170–200 cm tall. To determine your recommended pole length, multiply your height in centimetres by 0.7. The secure Flick Lock system allows fast, reliable adjustment, while the foldable three-section Z-pole construction packs down to just 41 cm for easy storage in a running vest or backpack.
Fast transitions with the Blueberry System
The integrated Blueberry System allows you to clip the poles in and out quickly without removing the included gloves, making transitions smooth during races, training sessions and mountain adventures.
Ergonomic cork grips provide a secure, moisture-resistant hold for lasting comfort during extended efforts. The grips are compatible with both the included gloves and optional wrist straps, available separately.
Designed for varied terrain
Replaceable concave carbide tips provide excellent grip on rock, gravel and hard-packed trails while reducing vibration. Small baskets come pre-mounted for everyday trail use, while medium mud baskets are included for softer ground, mud and light snow.
The poles are also compatible with the Strive Quiver (sold separately), providing convenient storage and quick access while running.
