The skandika Dundee is our premium rectangular sleeping bag, ideal for anyone who likes plenty of freedom to move at night. Its straight, rectangular shape gives you lots of space at the shoulders and at the foot end, while the Dundee still keeps the cosy, wrapped-up feel of a mummy-style hood around your head. Generous room to move
The rectangular design offers plenty of space from head to toe, while the snug hood-style head section gives you that wrapped-up, tucked-in feeling of a mummy sleeping bag. It is ideal for anyone who needs extra room at night but does not want to compromise on comfort or warmth.
Cotton flannel lining
The inner lining is made from 100% soft cotton flannel that feels wonderfully cosy against the skin and keeps you nicely warm. It is colour-coordinated with the outer fabric, which is made from durable honeycomb ripstop polyester for a comfortable, rustle-free night’s sleep.
3-season sleeping bag
Designed as a true 3-season sleeping bag, Dundee offers comfort at temperatures from 12 to 2 °C. Reliable warmth is provided by two layers of 200 g/m² microfibre filling. The generously cut head section also features a 14 cm high collar and a drawcord so you can pull it in and keep the heat where you need it most.
Machine washable
Cleaning is straightforward: even in the washing machine at 30 °C on a gentle cycle, the special baffle construction keeps the filling securely in place. It stays evenly distributed for consistent warmth, and the colours remain fresh and bright even after regular washes.
2-way zips
The 2-way zips, with integrated anti-snag webbing, can be opened smoothly from both inside and outside. A fabric baffle along the zips helps to reduce heat loss. The shorter zip at the foot end can be opened separately for extra ventilation. With both zips fully opened, the sleeping bag can be laid out flat and used as a large blanket.
Zips together into a double bag
Dundee is available with either a left or right-hand zip. Two bags with opposite zips can be joined together to create a large double sleeping bag – ideal for couples or anyone who likes more space. That is how versatile our Dundee can be.
Inner pocket with Velcro
On the inside of the sleeping bag there is a small pocket with Velcro fastening where you can safely store your phone, keys or other important items within easy reach. If you like listening to music or a podcast while falling asleep, you will really appreciate this handy extra feature.
Clever stuff sack
The included stuff sack makes the sleeping bag easy to carry and keeps it clean and dust-free in storage. Compression straps with buckles and clip fasteners let you squash it down quickly to a compact size. The smart top cover helps ensure that everything stays dry and protected, even around the opening.
