Skandika Sleeper Technology
The outer tent around the sleeping cabins has a special coating that keeps these areas particularly dark. That means you can sleep longer in the morning, put the kids to bed earlier or enjoy an afternoon nap, even when it’s still bright outside.
Central living area
Two sleeping cabins facing each other provide privacy for parents, children or friends, while the central living area in between offers enough room to sit together, eat, play games or relax indoors when the weather turns.
Two entrances
The two opposite entrances create excellent airflow on warm days and can both – even at the same time – be turned into sun canopies using the supplied steel poles. This provides shaded sitting space at each entrance and extends the living area outside.
Weatherproof design
A stable structure and a 3,000 mm water column on the outer tent ensure the Hammerfest Sleeper Protect stands up well to wind and rain. Taped seams and the bathtub-style, waterproof groundsheet complete the weather protection so you stay dry inside.
Stability
The colour-coded 9.5 mm fibreglass poles are flexible yet break-resistant and contribute to the tent’s stable pitch. Four 16 mm steel upright poles are included for converting both entrances into sun canopies.
Practical details
A hook for hanging a camping lantern, an organiser pocket for small essentials and ventilation openings for continuous airflow – even with the doors closed – all help make the Hammerfest Sleeper Protect a very practical and comfortable tent to live in.
Flexible use
The cabins can be hooked in or removed as needed so you can easily change the size of the living area. This is ideal if you want extra space for bulky luggage, bikes or to create a bigger area for socialising and parties.
