Skandika Sleeper Technology
On this version of the Montana 8, Skandika Sleeper Technology means a special coating has been applied to the outer tent around the sleeping cabins, blocking almost 100% of sunlight. Sleeping in, putting the kids to bed earlier or enjoying a proper midday nap – all becomes much easier.

Large doors with sun canopy
Using the two included upright poles, one of the entrances can be turned into a shade-giving sun canopy. Whether at the front or rear entrance, you can quickly create a sheltered, shady spot wherever the sun happens to be.
Stable and weatherproof
The combination of steel and fibreglass poles keeps the tent stable, even in strong winds. The 5,000 mm waterproof rating of the PU-coated outer fabric and the carefully taped seams provide reliable protection and comfort, even in heavy rain and stormy conditions.
Smart windows
To bring more daylight into the sleeping areas, there are small PVC windows low down on the outer tent exactly where the cabins have practical half-moon zip openings. This lets extra light into the cabins during the day without sacrificing privacy.
Privacy
Two dark sleeping cabins for 2 people each and one large cabin with an optional divider for up to 4 people are positioned at opposite ends of the generous living area. This layout gives even larger groups plenty of privacy and separate sleeping spaces.
Good ventilation
Multiple weather-protected, permanent ventilation openings ensure good air circulation throughout the tent. Even with the doors closed, they help maintain a pleasant indoor climate and reduce the build-up of condensation.
Practical extras
Organiser pockets help keep things tidy, and the ceiling hook for a camping lamp is a very handy detail. Guy lines, pegs, the bathtub-style groundsheet, pitching instructions, a repair kit and a large carry bag are all included.
