The Daytona 6 is one of skandika’s most popular tents and, just like its big brother Daytona XXL, it truly lives up to its name. Its footprint is modelled on the tri-oval layout of the famous Daytona racetrack, creating space for three separate sleeping cabins and giving everyone plenty of room and privacy.

The Daytona is incredibly versatile. It’s perfect for families with children and for groups of friends who want to holiday together, but still enjoy their own private sleeping space at night.
Darkened sleeping cabins
The three sleeping cabins each measure 200 x 150 cm and offer plenty of space for two adults or up to three children. The outer tent is silver-coated around the cabin areas, creating a pleasantly dark place to sleep and helping you rest better, even on bright mornings.
Spacious living area
The generous living area with a comfortable standing height of 195 cm offers plenty of room for guests, luggage and camping furniture such as a table and chairs. It’s a great space to relax, play games or shelter together if the weather turns.
Easy to pitch
This 530 x 370 cm dome tent is quick and straightforward to set up, thanks to colour-coded poles that make the process simple to follow. Despite its size, it packs down to a compact 72 x 25 x 27 cm and weighs just 12.5 kg, making it easy to transport and store.
Weatherproof
A stable structure, carefully taped seams, a loose groundsheet for the living area and a 3,000 mm waterproof rating on the outer tent ensure the Daytona 6 stands up well to wind and rain and keeps you reliably protected.
Comfortable inner climate
The outer tent has several weather-protected ventilation openings, including vents in the dome roof, which help maintain a pleasant climate inside the tent even when the door is closed.
Protected sleeping cabins
Each sleeping cabin has its own sewn-in groundsheet to keep out draughts and damp. The cabin entrances are fitted with mosquito mesh so you can sleep in comfort without being bothered by insects.
Shaded entrance
The main entrance door can be rolled up and, with the included steel poles, set up as a sun canopy. This creates a shaded, sheltered area at the front of the tent – ideal for sitting outside, cooking or relaxing in light rain.
Accessories and details
Colour-coded poles make pitching easier, and there is a ceiling hook in the living area for hanging a camping lantern. A matching groundsheet, pegs, guy lines and a pitching guide are all included, so you’re ready to go from day one.
