Plenty of space and comfort
Spacious tunnel tent for up to 5 people with a bright living area for that extra bit of comfort. Quick to pitch and with a generous standing height of 200 cm, it offers plenty of room for families or friends to relax, play and store their gear on weekends away or longer trips.
Skandika Sleeper Technology
This tent uses a special coating on the outer tent around the sleeping cabin that blocks out most daylight, creating a darker, calmer sleeping space. Enjoy a lie-in on bright mornings, put the kids to bed earlier or take a quiet afternoon nap – whenever it suits your plans. The outer tent also offers a UV protection factor of 50+ for added protection and long-lasting fabric performance.
Flexible sleeping cabin
For extra flexibility, the cabin door can be closed using just the mosquito net. This allows fresh air to circulate while the cabin stays pleasantly dim rather than completely dark. A roll-up partition wall lets you divide the cabin when needed, creating separate sleeping areas for more privacy.
Fully sewn-in groundsheet
In the Egersund 5 Sleeper Protect, the groundsheet is fully sewn in. This provides all-round protection from bad weather, draughts and rising ground moisture. It also helps to keep insects and other unwelcome crawlies out of the tent.
Absolutely weatherproof
Robust fibreglass poles give the tent a secure, stable structure, even in strong winds. The 5,000 mm water column of the PU-coated outer tent material and carefully sealed seams offer reliable protection and comfort, even in heavy rain and stormy conditions.
Two entrances
The front entrance features a practical canopy, and with the two supplied upright poles, the side entrance can be turned into a sun canopy that provides welcome shade. Whether at the front or side entrance – wherever the sun is, you can quickly create a comfortable shaded spot for sitting, cooking or playing.
Smart window design
The large side window brings plenty of light into the tent and can be darkened for privacy. The upper section is made of mosquito mesh, ensuring good airflow inside the tent even when the doors are closed – ideal when you want ventilation without inviting insects in.
Well thought-out features
Organiser pockets help keep the tent tidy so that small items are always easy to find, and a practical ceiling hook lets you hang a camping lantern for cosy evenings. A weather-protected cable opening makes it easy to bring power into the tent for lights, coolers or charging devices.
