Recommended Use:
Mix one serving (30g) with 200ml of water or milk using a shaker or blender. Consume three servings daily. On training days: take the first serving in the morning after waking, the second within 1.5 hours after training, and the third before bedtime. On non-training days: take the first serving in the morning, the second between meals, and the third before bedtime. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
