The bi-material construction of the Monarch PRO puts the right properties of the materials in the most performance-driven areas: - Upper half and inner collar: Super Soft Durometer 15a rubber. - Lower half and bar ends: 30a Duralite Compound. The bottom face, finger ridges, and bar ends are molded from a firmer 30A compound called Duralite. Duralite foam is a unique blend designed to provide both exceptional comfort and lasting durability. The firmer compound retains its shape and structure, giving a more positive feel when pulling on your grips and is perfect for protecting the ends of the handlebars from impacts and shocks.
