Instructions for use:

Put on the lifebelt.

It must be adjusted to your height using the adjustable belt to prevent injuries or falling overboard.

The line is attached to the attachment loop of the lifebelt.

Storage:

Lifebelt and line must be stored dry and clean, free of sand and grease.

Therefore, rinse with cold fresh water after use.

Store away from direct sunlight.

Expiry:

The lifebelt and line are not subject to an expiry date.

The service life depends directly on the quality of storage and the frequency of use.

Check for integrity: wear, condition of the seams.

If there are signs of wear, the product must be replaced.

Attention:

If you are wearing a lifebelt with a life jacket, make sure that both can be worn together.

If you are wearing an inflatable life jacket, you must wear it over the lifebelt. Both the lifebelt and line must comply with EN ISO12401.

Warning:

Lifebelt and line are designed to prevent falling overboard.

It is not intended to protect you from falls from a great height.

It is dangerous to wear the lifebelt loosely adjusted.

Its functionality is only guaranteed if it is correctly adjusted. The lifebelt and line can exert great forces on the attachment point.

Therefore, the attachment point must be attached to a secure and fixed point that can withstand forces of over 2 tonnes.
