Flexible heat distribution
The Pala gas plancha features three burners with an impressive total output of 7.5 kW (2.5 kW per burner). This ensures even heat across the entire generously sized cooking plate and lets you split the surface into different heat zones – perfect for searing, frying and keeping food warm at the same time.
Individually controlled burners
Each of the three burners is ignited and switched off separately and controlled via its own dial. Integrated red and blue LEDs in the knobs clearly show whether the individual burners are on or off at a glance. The electric pulse ignition is activated at the push of a button – quick, safe and very user-friendly.
Clean, low‑fat cooking for all kinds of dishes
The enamelled plancha plate offers excellent non-stick properties and is very easy to clean. It’s ideal for classic grilling of meat, fish and fresh vegetables, as well as fried eggs, pancakes and more. Excess fat drains away during cooking into the practical drip tray beneath the plate, so your food is cooked rather than sitting in oil.
Even, indirect cooking with lid
Close the lid while cooking and the heat builds up underneath, giving you more even results. The indirect heat and retained moisture help thicker cuts of meat stay juicy and tender. You can even bake a pizza on the plancha thanks to the lid.
Stylish and easy to look after
This skandika table grill has a sleek, black powder-coated finish that looks premium while being durable and low-maintenance. Once the plancha has cooled down, the cooking plate can be removed and the drip tray taken out so fat and oil can be disposed of and all parts cleaned quickly and easily.
Thoughtful design details
The plancha is compatible with standard I3B/P (50) gas cylinders (not included), and a matching gas hose with regulator is supplied. Height-adjustable feet ensure a secure, level position while cooking, and side ventilation slots act as overheating protection.
