Skandika Vaasa is a compact 4-person tent that’s quick and easy to pitch, looks great and is ideal for holidays or festivals. Its big bonus is the dark sleeping cabin combined with the silver coating on the outer tent above the cabin area. This set-up doesn’t reach the full blackout level of Skandika Sleeper technology, but it does noticeably darken the bedroom for a more restful sleep.

Protected sleeping cabin
The attractive dome design includes a generously sized black sleeping cabin for up to 4 people. A sewn-in groundsheet and mosquito mesh on the cabin door provide all-round protection so you can sleep without draughts or annoying insects.
Restful sleep
The outer tent above the sleeping cabin has a silver coating. Together with the black inner cabin, this creates a noticeably darker sleeping space than a standard tent and helps keep early morning light at bay.
Matching groundsheet
A matching groundsheet is supplied for the vestibule. It can be pegged separately to keep bags, shoes and supplies protected from dirt and ground moisture. The tough material is robust and fully waterproof.
Two entrances
Two opposite doors and a mesh window at the head end of the tent give you flexibility with light and airflow, no matter which way the wind is blowing, and help maintain a pleasant climate inside the tent.
Weatherproof
The durable tent fabric has a 3,000 mm water column and the flexible fibreglass poles are highly robust, so the tent stays secure and stable even in poorer weather and keeps you well protected.
Practical extras
Vaasa scores not only with its compact footprint but also with plenty of handy details: colour-coded poles to make pitching easier, small organiser pockets in the cabin for phones, torches and other essentials, plus a repair kit for emergencies.
