Our Falkenberg 6 tunnel tent has had a full refresh and now features skandika Sleeper Technology. The result is the Falkenberg 6 Sleeper Protect – a spacious, light-filled tent with integrated porch that combines smart design with quality materials. It’s made for relaxed, comfortable camping trips with families and groups of friends.
Skandika Sleeper Technology
A special coating on the flysheet blocks almost 100% of daylight in the sleeping cabin. The sleeping area stays comfortably dark, even at midday. Children can nap without being disturbed by the sun, and adults can enjoy a proper lie-in after late evenings by the fire.
Flexible room layout
The large sleeping cabin can be divided with a zip-out curtain into two zones for 2 and 4 people. Families can separate parents and kids, and groups of friends can create extra privacy. With a smaller group, the second zone becomes generous storage space for bags and camping gear.
Stable porch
Firmly attached to the front wall with its own pole arch, the large porch provides welcome shade on bright days. Little ones can play at the tent entrance out of direct sun. In rain, the porch protects the main door and helps stop water getting into the living area.
Protect features
The fully sewn-in groundsheet blocks draughts, damp and dirt from underneath. Inside the tent stays dry and clean, even when the pitch outside is wet or muddy.
Bright living area
Large panoramic windows create a bright, welcoming living space with plenty of room for meals, games and time together. You keep a clear view of the surroundings and, when you want more privacy or less light, all windows and doors can be darkened.
Optimal ventilation
Two entrances, a window with mosquito-mesh insert and extra ventilation openings provide effective airflow. Fresh air can circulate through the tent while you stay sheltered from the weather. Mosquito mesh on all entrances keeps insects outside where they belong.
Weather protection
The flysheet offers a 3,000 mm waterproof rating with taped seams and a robust PE groundsheet. UV protection UPF 50+ helps shield you from strong sun and protects the fabric. Falkenberg is a dependable base when the weather is hot, mixed or wet.
Thoughtful details
Organizer pockets keep the living area and cabin tidy so small items don’t disappear into sleeping bags. A hanging point lets you position a camping lamp to light the whole tent. The weather-protected cable entry allows you to run power safely inside for lights, chargers or a cool box.
Easy pitching
Colour-coded poles make pitching straightforward and save time when you arrive on site. The strong fibreglass frame is stable and durable, even when the wind picks up, so the tent is easy to set up, even for first-time campers.
Generous space
With a footprint of 670 × 390 cm and 200 cm headroom, Falkenberg comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. Families and groups have enough room to spread out, relax and enjoy evenings together under cover.
Compact transport
Despite its size, the tent packs down to just 75 × 34 × 31 cm with a total weight of 22 kg. The sturdy carry bag protects the tent during storage and transport and helps it stay in good condition for many trips.
