How to ensure the perfect fit:
Loosen the Velcro on the back panel and ensure that the Velcro system runs over four 'rungs' of the ladder.
Fasten the waist belt and tighten it. The waist belt should rest comfortably on the hip bone.
Tighten the shoulder straps. Make sure they are in contact with the torso, from the shoulder blade at the back to the armpit at the front.
Fasten the chest strap and position it 4 cm below the collarbone; adjust with the sliders if necessary.
