How to achieve the perfect fit:
Undo the hook-and-loop fastening on the back panel and make sure the hook-and-loop system spans four "rungs" of the ladder.
Fasten the hip belt and tighten it. The hip belt should rest comfortably on the hip bone.
Tighten the shoulder straps. Make sure they are in contact with the torso, from the shoulder blade at the back to the armpit at the front.
Fasten the chest strap and position it 4 cm below the collarbone; adjust it if necessary using the sliders.
