Product Description
The Minimal 1.0 are minimalist training shoes designed to provide maximum stability, durability and freedom of movement during functional training, HYROX and gym sessions.
Their design combines a wide toe box that allows the toes to spread with a secure fit around the midfoot and heel, providing a stable footing without compromising foot mobility. Thanks to their zero-midsole design, they reduce compression under load to provide a more stable base for exercises such as squats, deadlifts and Olympic lifts.
They include a set of interchangeable insoles that allows you to progressively adapt to the minimalist experience. If this is your first time wearing this type of footwear, you can start with the 8 mm insole and gradually reduce the thickness as your feet adapt, helping to minimise strain on the calves and Achilles tendon.
Designed to withstand the demands of functional training, they feature reinforced protective areas to increase resistance to wear caused by exercises such as rope climbs, burpees and wall exercises. The outsole provides excellent grip on gym surfaces, even in sweaty or dusty conditions.
The breathable technical mesh upper promotes ventilation during intense workouts while also providing enough comfort for everyday use. Although they can be used for short runs and interval training with appropriate progression, they are not designed as dedicated long-distance running shoes.
Maintenance is also simple: simply remove the insoles, clean with a soft brush and mild soap, and leave to air dry, avoiding direct heat sources to preserve the materials.
