This foldable gymnastics mat is made from TPE and provides a practical training surface for yoga, Pilates, gymnastics and general floor exercises. The double-sided textured surface helps provide grip and stability while moving through different positions. Its soft yet stable feel makes it suitable for regular sessions at home, in a class or while travelling.

The mat is divided into 12 connected folding segments. This design allows it to be unfolded quickly for training and folded down into a compact format afterwards. A carry strap is included to make transport between home, studio and class more convenient.

Practical use
