This inflatable balance cushion creates an unstable surface for balance, coordination and controlled bodyweight exercises. It can be used as a seat pad during active sitting or as a training aid for standing and floor-based movements. The round cushion is designed to add a new challenge to familiar exercises without requiring a large training area.

The cushion has two different surfaces. The side with nubs provides sensory stimulation, while the smooth side offers a more stable contact surface. Use the needle valve to adjust the amount of air and set the firmness to suit the exercise. A hand pump is included for convenient inflation and adjustment.
